Community Physiotherapy
Our domiciliary team can visit you in your own home if you are housebound and unable to attend St John's or local health centre with the help of the ambulance service or help from family or friends.
Who is the service for?
It is provided to people whose home environment is an important part of the assessment and/or the housebound. Physiotherapy is done in the home. The team are able to liaise with your carers and offer advice on outdoor mobility issues.
