Older People's Community Mental Health Team (OPCMHT)
Intensive Assessment and Treatment of people 65 years and over with Mental Health Illness, to provide care and treatment to the person in the community setting to prevent a hospital admission whenever possible.
Support early discharge from hospital back to the community setting.

- Monday to Friday 4.30pm to 8pm (Out Of Hours)
- Saturday to Sunday 8.30pm - 8pm (Cover from ACAST)
