Help shape the future of health and social care services in West Lothian

West Lothian's Integration Joint Board (IJB) is looking for views to help shape the future delivery of local adult health, social work, and social care services.

Lanarkshire Association for Mental Health (LAMH)

Lanarkshire Association for Mental Health (LAMH) support people over the age of 16.

The service aims to support people to remain living independently and safely in their own homes through the provision of housing related support. To develop the capacity of people to maintain their recovery and their ability to live as independently as possible.

 

Lanarkshire Association for Mental Health also faciliate community wellbeing hubs in West Lothian

The West Lothian Community Wellbeing hubs are an NHS Service for people with common mental health difficulties such as anxiety, depression and stress who have been signposted by their GP practice.
