Community Nursing Services

District nurses are qualified nurses who have undertaken a further graduate specialist practitioner programme.

Health visitors are qualified nurses(or midwife) who has completed specialist training in children and family health.

School nurses are qualified nurses. They support health and wellbeing for all school age children, whilst offering more intensive support to those with the highest needs.
